Privacy Policy

BtoB-GoGo (btob-gogo.com) is operated by MMS Consulting Group (“we”). You do not need an account to use the site, so we collect very little. We only receive personal data when you buy a dossier, request an invoice, or write to us. This page explains what that data is and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

  • Dossier purchases (card payment via Toss Payments): buyer name or company name, email, mobile number, payment method, a masked card number, order number and payment approval details. We never store the full card number; the payment provider handles it.
  • Invoice or receipt requests: company name, business registration number, representative’s name, billing email and an optional contact number.
  • Enquiries: your email address and the content of your message.
  • Collected automatically when you visit: pages viewed, referrer, browser, screen size and language, country (a province-level region for visitors in Korea), a randomly generated visitor ID kept in your browser storage and renewed daily, and the IP address used when a dossier is downloaded.

2. Why we use it

  • Delivering the dossier, confirming payment, providing downloads and processing refunds
  • Issuing receipts and tax invoices, and keeping accounting records
  • Handling questions, complaints and disputes
  • Tracing a licensed copy back to its issue number if it is leaked or redistributed without permission
  • Understanding traffic and improving the site (aggregated, not tied to a named person)

We do not use your data for anything else, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. How long we keep it

  • Contract, payment and delivery records: 5 years (Korean E-Commerce Act)
  • Complaint and dispute records: 3 years
  • Tax invoices and related tax records: 5 years (Korean tax law)
  • Visit statistics: aggregated values for up to 400 days

After that we delete the data. Anything we are legally required to keep is stored separately from other data.

4. Service providers and transfers abroad

We rely on the following providers to run the service and require them to protect your data.

  • Toss Payments Co., Ltd. — card payments and approval (Korea)
  • Vercel Inc. — hosting, server functions and visit statistics (United States and other regions)
  • Upstash, Inc. — storage of order and licence records and visit counts (United States and other regions)
  • Google LLC — Google Analytics (United States and other regions)

Only the data needed for each function is sent, and it is sent over the network when you use that function. If you are concerned about your data being processed abroad, write to us before buying and we will tell you what options exist.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (which sets cookies), Vercel Web Analytics (counts visits without cookies) and our own visit counter (a random ID in your browser storage). Names and email addresses are never sent to these tools.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can switch off Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to show, correct, delete or stop using your personal data at any time. Email or call the contact below; after confirming your identity we respond within 10 days. If the law requires us to keep certain records, we will tell you which ones and why.

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to object, to data portability and to complain to your local data protection authority.

7. How we protect it

  • Traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS.
  • Order and licence records are available only to people who need them for their work.
  • We keep no full card numbers, only the masked value returned by the payment provider.

9. Children and international visitors

The site is a logistics information service for businesses and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. Wherever you visit from, your data is processed in Korea and on the providers’ servers listed above. To use rights granted by your local law, contact the person above.

10. Changes

If this policy changes we will post the update here at least 7 days beforehand, and 30 days beforehand for important changes that affect your rights.
